Bio As a graduate of Surry Central High School, I attended Surry Community College and Appalachian State University where I obtained my Bachelor's of Science degree in Secondary Mathematics Education. Later, I graduated from High Point University with a Master's degree in School Administration. I taught math at North Surry High School for 12 years before serving as an assistant principal at Central Middle School, Gentry Middle School, and the last 5 years at Surry Central High School.
In my spare time, I spend time with my family. Being a former swimmer, I love any water activity including going to the pool, beach, or kayaking.
